These terms govern your use of the OpenAccessly website and product. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read the note on compliance below carefully, as it is central to how this product works.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must give accurate information and use the service within the law and within the limits of your plan.
Acceptable use
You may scan websites you own or are authorised to test. You may not use the service to attack, overload, or gain unauthorised access to any system, or to scan sites you have no right to scan.
What our reports are, and are not
Automated accessibility testing detects a portion of possible issues, not all of them. Our scans and suggested fixes are provided to help you find and address problems and to prioritise a manual review. They are not a certification of compliance with the WCAG, the ADA, the EU Accessibility Act, or any other law, and they are not legal advice. You remain responsible for the accessibility of your site.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose. Limits and features are set by your plan. We may change pricing with notice, and any change applies to the following billing period.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and improving, but we may change or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Termination
You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms.
