Our accessibility statement

We sell accessibility, so we hold our own product to the same bar we ask of yours.

OpenAccessly is committed to making this website and application usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across our public site and product.

How we hold ourselves to it

  • Every key page is tested automatically for serious and critical issues on each change, and a build cannot ship if it regresses.
  • We build on accessible foundations, with semantic HTML, visible keyboard focus, and support for reduced-motion and both colour themes.
  • We test with a keyboard and with screen readers, not only with automated tools, because automated testing alone is never enough.
  • We run our own scanner against our own site, and we publish the result rather than hide it.

Known limitations

Accessibility is ongoing work, not a finish line. If you find a page or feature that does not meet the bar above, we treat it as a bug and prioritise it. Automated testing catches a portion of issues, so some barriers can still slip through until a person catches them, which is where you come in.

Tell us about a barrier

If something is hard to use, please email hello@openaccessly.com with the page and a short description of what went wrong. We will confirm we received it and let you know how we are fixing it.
